Most of us who work 9am to 5pm (or later) workdays should be exercising in the morning. Working out in the morning is the optimal approach for these schedules to start the day off. As we all know, going to the gym, exercising at home or going for a local jog totals to a significant amount of time, given the energy expelled particularly surrounding preparation and cleansing. In the evening you are more likely to become distracted and neglect your exercise routine. If you wake up 30 minutes earlier you will have time to engage in healthy and beneficial exercises.
If you exercise in the morning, you are likely to indulge in smaller portions and healthier food throughout the day. Exercising releases endorphins which aides in appetite control. Persons that live an active lifestyle also tend to regulate their food intake and choose healthier meals.
Exercising in the morning will save us time. You are less likely to shower multiple times during the day. Morning exercisers tend to spend less time preparing for exercise activities since they change into workout clothes from the onset of the day. In addition their momentum to shower is quicker than persons that exercise in the evening, since they have commitments to attend to, namely paid-work. Reducing cleansing time (showering/bathing) should save you roughly 45 mins. per day, equating to 11 days a year.
Workout in the morning and start the day of with your exercise routine completed, eat healthy throughout the day and enjoy your evenings!!
