1. Rotating Dumbbells with curl bar. 4 sets of each: Use weight you are comfortable with. 12 reps 8 reps 6 reps 6 reps ------------------------- Standing Curls using universal machine 8 reps 8 reps 8 reps 6 reps -------------------------- Seated curls using curl bar or machine: 8 reps 6 reps 6 reps 6 reps ------------------------- Bicep blowout: Line up 4 sets of dumbbells from heaviest to lightest. The heaviest should be what you feel comfortable doing 6-8 reps with. Starting with the heaviest, do as many reps as you can, then move down and repeat until you are finished with the lightest. Repeat for 3 sets.
