Here is a great tasting nutrition plan I recently tried out.
Details:
- Scrambled egg whites with chopped green onions and mushrooms. (4 egg whites/1 yolk). - Half a cup of oatmeal with water. - 1 cup of coffee with low fat milk
-Blended E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake mixed with fresh blueberries, strawberries and milk.
- Grilled organic chicken breast (4 oz.) with lemon and herbs. - Half a cup of steamed broccoli.
- E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake
Grilled fish (6 oz.) with lemon on bed of spinach/lettuce (mainly fresh greens). Oil and vinegar dressing (light)
- Scrambled egg whites with chopped green onions and mushrooms. (4 egg whites/1 yolk). - Half a cup of oatmeal with water. - 1 cup of coffee with low fat milk
- E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake - One small green apple and 2 Tbls. of lowfat/organic peanut butter.
- One can of white tuna in water mixed with chopped onions/celery/spices/herbs. - Half of boiled steamed potato. - Small green salad with light oil & vinegar.
- E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake
Ground turkey (spices). Half cup of steamed green beans. Small steamed yam.
- Scrambled egg whites with chopped green onions and mushrooms. (4 egg whites/1 yolk). - Half a cup of oatmeal with water. - 1 cup of coffee with low fat milk
- One small banana. - E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake
- Spicy turkey Chili with red kidney beans. - Half cup of wild rice. Steamed broccoli.

Lean grilled chicken stir-fry with mixture of favorite vegetables.
- Scrambled egg whites with chopped green onions and mushrooms. (4 egg whites/1 yolk). - Half a cup of oatmeal with water. - 1 cup of coffee with low fat milk
- One small bowl of blueberries - E.A.S or Designer Whey Protein Shake
Grilled Halibut with rosemary herbs and lemon. Steamed asparagus.

Sashimi with vegetables. Sushi rolls.
